Aluminum Alloy: 3003 with Temper H-14 as standard grade which provides superior corrosion resistance. (Other alloys are also available upon request).
Moisture barrier comprising of a 1-mil thick polyethylene and 40# natural kraft paper is heat and pressure bonded to the inner surface of the panels. This moisture barrier prevents galvanic or chemical corrosion caused by contact of dissimilar metals and soluble salts present in most industrial insulations.
There will be no damage to the moisture barrier or on the top surface when forming our ribs.
